This restaurant is a must stop.  We stopped here for lunch and like most places during the off season, we were alone.  Chiloe is known for its seafood and it is only natural that the main courses are different types of seafood.  The soup is especially delicious.   Check out what they do with the used shells.  They use them on the car park.   If I was to move to Chiloe and run a restaurant, it would be just like this.  Simple but tidy and nothing too big and unmanageable.
